In this research, the role of government to has some solutions to offer SMEs for further support policies is needed. To some extent, this part earns many remarkable feedbacks. Based on these findings of our research, both FDI and non-FDI cooperation face the same thread level and the Accommodation and Catering Services is on the highest point alert of all the times. The change in revenue in the first quarter 2020 compared to same period last year of SMEs in CBD is clear at many enterprises earn no revenue.
