THE IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGY ON CORPORATE FUNDRAISING SUCCESS IN VIETNAM Fundraising is one of the most crucial concerns as technology empowers entrepreneurs. This research explores significant corporate funding factors using 1,971 business data crawled by CrunchBase. Controlling for common factors (firm age, size, forecasted revenue, and location), the research uniquely focuses on technology - and its impact on funding. It also examines the moderating influence of firm characteristics. Findings indicate that technical elements’ effects on fundraising success rates are becoming less significant. Kết quả thống kê cho thấy trong giai đoạn đầu của dịch Covid-19 (2020) khó khăn lớn nhất mà các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ của Việt Nam gặp phải là về việc doanh thu không đủ để duy trì chi phí, thị trường biến động phức tạp. Những khó khăn mà doanh nghiệp gặp phải: Các vấn đề về nguyên nhập liệu và xuất khẩu trong giai đoạn này chưa phải là vấn đề quan tâm của doanh nghiệp.
